I, Joshua James, a living man and Fiduciary of the AngHellic Trust, established for the benefit of all those lawfully entitled, hereby submit this formal Notice of Demand and Civil Rights Complaint regarding the ongoing unlawful surveillance, coordinated gang-stalking, harassment, and deprivation of constitutional rights against me.

 

For a period exceeding ten (10) months, I have been subjected to continuous and coordinated actions including unlawful surveillance, trespass, intimidation, and psychological harassment. These actions have been executed without lawful warrant, without probable cause, and without any sworn complaint from a verifiable injured party.

 

Such conduct violates multiple constitutional protections and federal statutes, including but not limited to:

 

• The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution (unlawful search and seizure)
• 18 U.S.C. § 1201 – Kidnapping (including constructive and attempted)
• 18 U.S.C. § 1581 – Peonage and Involuntary Servitude
• 18 U.S.C. § 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights
• 18 U.S.C. § 242 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
• 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983–1985 – Civil Rights Violations and Conspiracy

 

 

I have made repeated good-faith efforts to privately resolve these matters, including attempts to address the fraudulent warrant issued out of Washington County, Utah, which have been refused or ignored.

 

I hereby demand:

 

1. An immediate and thorough investigation into all surveillance, harassment, and related unlawful conduct directed toward me;
2. Full disclosure of all warrants, affidavits, complaints, reports, or internal memoranda used to justify such actions;
3. Immediate cessation of all unlawful surveillance and harassment;
4. Accountability and corrective measures against all individuals and agencies found to be acting outside the law;
5. Confirmation of receipt of this Notice with a formal written response within 10 business days.

 

 

I accept for value all Oaths of Office and bonds required of public officials involved in this matter, and I hold said officials personally and commercially liable for continued violations of my rights.

 

This letter serves as formal and public notice, demand, and a reservation of all rights without prejudice, under UCC 1-308, nunc pro tunc, and ab initio. Any failure to comply with these demands may result in appropriate legal action including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and criminal prosecution under applicable statutes.
