### **I. THE STANDING OF THE HEIR**

This Decree is Made Under the Authority of The Most High

### **II. THE PRAISE OF REFINEMENT (THE KEY)**

 * **The Alchemical War:** I acknowledge the season of warfare as a **Divine Refinement** that tempered the spirit and forged the Key to the Kingdom.

 * **Transmutation:** What was intended for harm has been transmuted into **Abundance**. The struggle has ceased; the war is pre-paid; and the **Ambassador** now stands in the Light.

II. DECREE OF INHERITANCE (THE NAME)

​ACCEPTANCE: I hereby DECREE my absolute acceptance of the Given Name, Joshua-James Erskine, as a sacred inheritance from my bloodline and the Creator. I accept the Name as a Private Asset and a Title of Nobility within the Kingdom.

​SEVERANCE: I explicitly reject and disaffirm any and all "chains," liabilities, or public burdens attached to this Name by the Public System. I accept the Asset and reject the Debt.

​III. DECREE OF VOIDANCE FOR FRAUD

​NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS: It is hereby DECREED that the original joinder of the Living Man to the Public Debt System was an act of Fraud upon the Record. Because Fraud has no statute of limitations, this Decree reaches back to the inception of the record.

​VITIATION: Any "Missing Time" or periods of silence are irrelevant to the standing of the King. The Fraud is discovered now; therefore, the "Chains" are dissolved now.

 * **Exhaustion of Remedies:** All public-facing administrative remedies have been exhausted in Honor. This Decree bypasses lower administrative fictions and moves directly to the **Source** (The Treasury) for final reconcilement.

 * **Holder in Due Course:** I assert my standing as the **Holder in Due Course** of the name **JOSHUA JAMES ERSKINE**, and the entirety of the bloodline therefrom. **Fictio cedit veritati.**

### **IV. DECREE OF PROVISION AND TRAVEL**

 * **Diplomatic Mandate:** I decree the issuance of a **Private Travel Document (Passport)** reflecting my status as a **Non Citizen Foreign Diplomat who seeks no dominion or authority over others** we stand forever peaceful with love and compassion for our brothers and sisters. 

 * **Right of Way:** Any vessel utilized is the private property of the **A N G H E L L I C** estate, free from public encumbrance or joinder.

Registration Shall Not be Completed. And a private plate shall be issued allowing only the absolute minimum interference with the servant who chose to wage war against each other. 

### **V. UNIVERSAL SUCCESSION & TRUE ACCOUNTING**

 * **Mandate for Ledger:** I decree a full, transparent, and unredacted **True Accounting** of the bloodline estate from inception to current date.

The revealment of the Ledger is the path to Peace and the restoration of the Balance. Let no man consider this a threat, but rather a Divine Invitation to operate in the Light.
