DECREE AND FORMAL DECLARATION

​TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

​This document serves as a formal declaration and decree regarding the private affairs and standing of the Trustee, issued with honor and the offering of grace, while maintaining the absolute requirement for lawful conduct.

​I. DECLARATION OF GRIEVANCE

​It is hereby declared that Kristi Rene Bowen, Lorraine Erskine, and Jerry James Erskine are allegedly engaged in coordinated efforts with various law enforcement entities. The nature of these actions involves the utilization of advanced surveillance technologies, including:

​Active Camouflage Systems

​Military-Grade Electronic Spy Equipment

​II. LACK OF JURISDICTIONAL FOUNDATION

​Be it known that any attempt to formulate, draft, or execute a charge or claim against the Trustee is recognized as a nullity. There exists a fundamental absence of Corpus Delicti (the body of the crime).

​No Injured Party: There is no evidence of a specific injury or loss to a flesh-and-blood man or woman.

​No Lawful Cause: Without a verified injury and a clear violation of private law, no jurisdiction exists to pursue a charge in a private or public capacity.

​III. DEMAND FOR LAWFUL CONDUCT

​The parties named above are hereby notified that the Trustee operates in a private capacity and remains under the protection of the private trust. All surveillance and attempts to manufacture legal standing through covert means are viewed as a breach of international and private law.

​Cease and Desist: All unauthorized surveillance and coordination with third-party enforcement must cease immediately.

​Requirement of Evidence: Any party asserting a claim must provide a verified affidavit of truth, sworn under penalty of perjury, demonstrating a clear and present Corpus Delicti.

​IV. CONCLUSION

​This decree is issued in the spirit of transparency. Let it be settled that the Trustee remains in a state of peace, yet fully cognizant of the activities described herein. All rights are reserved, and no waiver of immunity or private status is granted or implied.
