Any corporate enforcement actor attempting to detain, arrest, or hold under color of law

 

SUBJECT:

Immediate relief from unlawful detention or interference with liberty, and preemptive assertion of Living Man status against any corporate fiction

 

I. PREAMBLE

Be it known that Joshua-James; House of Erskine, Trustee and Fiduciary of AngHellic Fund Trust, and Currently Holding the Office Of Honor, is a living man, a natural sovereign entity existing independently of any corporate or statutory fiction. This Writ asserts standing prior to any unlawful detention or coercion, in order to protect the liberty, property, and inalienable rights of the Living Man from interference by corporate actors acting under false warrant, color of law, or defective authority.

This Writ is standing, contingent, and preemptive, to be invoked immediately by any competent witness, Petitioner, or Trust Executor upon any attempt to restrain, arrest, or detain the Living Man.

 

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

1. The Living Man is currently present on the land known as the Republic of Utah, not under any voluntary contract or corporate jurisdiction.

2. The Living Man maintains peaceful, lawful, and active control over all Trust assets, rights, and estate, including but not limited to the AngHellic Fund Trust.

3. Any attempt to arrest, detain, or interfere with the Living Man is without valid warrant, lawful process, or verified contract, and constitutes a trespass against the Living Man’s lawful Trust and natural rights.

4. Historical attempts to impose corporate fiction identities, legal personhood, or statutory authority over the Living Man are void ab initio.

5. Any removal of the Living Man from land jurisdiction to sea or corporate jurisdiction is non-consensual, unlawful, and in violation of natural law, due process, and common law protections.

 

III. GROUNDS FOR HABEAS CORPUS

The Living Man petitions for relief under the following grounds:

1. No Valid Warrant / Defective Process: Any attempt at detention lacks lawful authority, jurisdiction, or verification.

2. Arrest Under Corporate Statute Without Verified Contract: No contract exists voluntarily submitted by the Living Man that confers corporate jurisdiction.

3. Jurisdictional Challenge — Living Man vs. Corporate Surety: The Living Man is not a corporate entity; any attempt to treat him as such is void.

4. Removal From Land to Sea Jurisdiction Without Consent: Any action to move the Living Man into corporate maritime or statutory jurisdiction is unauthorized.

5. Attempted Legal Identity Theft: Misidentification of the Living Man as any corporate fiction or statutory person is null and void.

6. Trespass Against Peaceful, Lawful Trust: Any interference with the Living Man’s rights under the AngHellic Fund Trust constitutes unlawful trespass and fiduciary violation.

 

IV. RELIEF REQUESTED

The Petitioner / Next Friend respectfully requests this Court, or any competent authority, to:

1. Immediately demand proof of lawful custody from any party attempting to detain the Living Man.

2. Order immediate release of the Living Man if no lawful custody or valid warrant is presented.

3. Recognize the Living Man’s jurisdictional status as sovereign, natural, and independent from corporate or statutory fiction.

4. Prevent any further unlawful detention or interference with the Living Man, including corporate actors, private enforcers, or statutory agents.

5. Preserve and protect all rights, property, and Trust assets of the Living Man during and after any attempted detention.

 

V. COMMAND AUTHORITY

By this Writ, any person, agent, or corporate entity who interferes with, arrests, detains, or attempts to coerce the Living Man shall be immediately required to respond before a court of competent jurisdiction. This Writ commands compliance, and any failure to obey constitutes contempt of natural, common, and trust law, with liability to the Living Man and his Trust.

 

VI. VERIFICATION

I, Joshua-James; House of Erskine, Trustee and Fiduciary of AngHellic Fund Trust, and Currently Holding the Office Of Honor, declare under penalty of perjury, pursuant to the natural law and the office I hold as Trustee, that the statements in this Writ are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief, and authority.

VII. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Carry physically or store digitally as evidence of Standing Habeas authority.

2. Activate immediately upon any attempt at detention or interference by corporate actors.

3. File in any Court of Competent Jurisdiction if detention occurs, or present to any enforcement officer.

4. Any Child of God or Trustee may act on behalf of the Living Man to invoke this Writ preemptively.
